If you included this service in your hiring, you can report an incident in the Help Desk, located at:
Once inside the Help Desk:
1. Click on the Open new ticket button.
2. Capture the requested information.
3. Select the Help topic you want to report.
4. Capture a Title for the report.
5. Describe the incidence to report, where you can also add images.
6. Once the capture is finished, click on the Create ticket button. This process will send an email to the Compu Campo support department with the specific request and an email to the applicant with a link to view the status of their report
7. Each time the Compu Campo Support Department makes notes or comments about the report, a new email will be sent to the applicant.
8. The applicant may be reviewing the status of the report through the link sent in the first mail
