USAGE TERMS

Compu Campo , registered office in Guadalajara (Mexico), Av. Vallarta # 6503 Local Concentro M4-5, with Federal Taxpayer Registry CCA930811EZ0 (hereinafter, Compu Campo), grants the Client a License Non-exclusive and non-transferable Temporary Use (hereinafter, the License ) of the service called Greentegrate©.

The client

Greentegrate© is a service in the network that allows you to manage the information of your agricultural land.

Compu Campo reserves the right to update and modify the User License and any attached reference documents, if applicable.

Compu Campo is the only owner of the trade name, copyright and distribution rights of Greentegrate©. The copyright includes the appearance and style of the Greentegrate© software.

The name Greentegrate is in the process of registering copyright with the Instituto Mexicano de la Propiedad Industrial (IMPI)

Greentegrate © is registered, under the name of Sistema de Información Agronómica, before the Public Registry of Copyright (INDAUTOR) under registration number 03-2015-022311240800-01

The Client cannot change, deconstruct, disassemble or decompile Greentegrate ©. Which includes the use of any current or future technology.

All the information captured by the Client during the use of this license (such as information related to Producers, Properties, new crops, etc.), will be the exclusive property of The Client.

Failure to comply with any of the terms and conditions of copyright will be seen as a breach of the License.

The client must use Greentegrate© in accordance with the terms and conditions of this document. Compu Campo will not be liable for any damage arising from the use of Greentegrate© other than this Service License.

 Except as regards the regulatory responsibilities set forth in the consumer protection laws, the Customer exonerates Compu Campo from any liability arising from the improper performance of Greentegrate© or the incorrect operation of Greentegrate© caused by the way in which El cliente executed the service. Said liability waiver will be extended to the employees and the management of Compu Campo

Compu Campo expresses that this License to use Greentegrate© does not infringe any previous contract or current legislation.

Compu Campo guarantees that Greentegrate© is not a spyware or advertising program; Compu Campo also warrants that Greentegrate© does not display pop-up ads or collect user's personal information.

Compu Campo does not guarantee the availability, continuity or fail-safe operation of Greentegrate©; therefore, insofar as legislation allows, this guarantee does not include damages arising from the lack of availability or interrupted operation of Greentegrate© and any service that this allows.

Compu Campo does not assume responsibility in case of unforeseeable circumstance or force majeure; likewise, Compu Campo shall not be liable for any cause beyond reasonable control, such as viruses and third-party interference.

El cliente will exempt Compu Campo from any responsibility for the intellectual property rights, distribution rights, integrity, quality and execution of the computer software downloaded with Greentegrate©

El cliente claims to be aware that Compu Campo may not have any relationship with the owners of the software that The Client downloads. The Client exempts Compu Campo from all liability for any claims brought against The Client for its use or possession of the products downloaded with Greentegrate©, including, but not limited to, claims for slander, data protection rights violations or publicity, intellectual property rights, trade name rights, and any other claim or complaint regarding the content, quality and operation of such software.

The validity of this License covers the use of Greentegrate© for a period equal to that described in the corresponding invoice and takes effect upon acceptance of this Licencia

The Client undertakes to erase all copies of Greentegrate© that he possesses at the moment in which the validity of this license ends.

This license will be terminated at the time the Client incurs breach of any of the terms and conditions hereof.

Compu Campo shall have the right to restrict, suspend or terminate the use of Greentegrate©, either completely or partially and without prior notice or liability, at the moment that the client fails to comply with any of the clauses of this license

Greentegrate© may be used exclusively with the limitations of users, geographical limits, number of properties or total area described in the contract.

 The specific modules available from Greentegrate© and the modalities for the use of the information in each of them, released for this license for the client, are those described in the contract.

For the assurance of its proper use and the continuous availability of Greentegrate© and depending on the specific concepts contracted, the following Support and Maintenance concepts are available, for the term contracted as of the date of signature of acceptance of this license.

Telephone support line 01-800 839 1280, when this has been hired, from Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm Central time of Mexico, following the official work calendar issued by the Secretaría del Trabajo y Previsión Social de México.

Correction of defects of operation, as soon as necessary.

The cost of the temporary use of Greentegrate© is specifically integrated by the concepts of:

• The development and maintenance of the service with all its functionalities
• The development and maintenance of virtual support services
• The generation of databases (search, debugging, capture, and processing of information)
• Greentegrate© hosting service and user information (when hired)
• The development of improvements in the basic operation Greentegrate©

The cost DOES NOT consider any type of charge for the consultation of information originating official since it is free; The source of all the information and images is duly quoted and can be consulted in its original source.

Because Greentegrate© has no control over the behavior of weather variables (temperature, rainfall, incidence of weeds, pests, diseases, etc.), nor of economic variables (cost of inputs, price of products, etc.), nor of the own decisions of the producer, Compu Campo is NOT responsible for the results obtained by the use of Greentegrate©.

For the purpose of identifying errors of operation of Greentegrate© o de procedimiento por parte de El cliente, Greentegrate© or procedure by The Client, Greentegrate© generates a record of the modules accessed and the processes executed by the Client in a Log file stored in the same installation directory of Greentegrate©

Compu Campo will be responsible for the protection of personal data of all users and records of people in any of the catalogs when Greentegrate© is installed on the Compu Campo servers, in accordance with the Privacy Notice available in the About section. ... from the Greentegrate© main menu

The Client will be responsible for the protection of personal data of all users and records of persons in any of the catalogs when the Greentegrate© is installed "On premises", that is, in the servers and / or instances of the same Client.

Compu Campo may use the results generated using Greentegrate© for documentary purposes, to improve this Greentegrate© and for its promotion.

This Software License and the execution of Greentegrate© will be governed by the laws of Mexico.

In the event of a controversy arising from this Software License or the execution of Greentegrate©, if permitted by law, they are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts and tribunals of the city of Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico.
